Earl Simmons, better known as Rapper DMX was arrested on Friday for animal cruelty and drug charges. Looks like he attempted to barricade himself in the bedroom of his Arizona home but eventually realized how lame that looked and finally surrendered to the police. Five mix pit bull puppies were taken from his house and taken to animal control. Amazingly, this is not the first time DMX has been in the media for animal cruelty charges - looks like back in August 2007 police took 12 pit bulls from the rapper's home because of neglect. Huummm... ok Earl, I have only one question for you. Did you not see what happened to Michael Vick!!??? And you don’t have half the money he has - had! Add to that the fact that he was arrested this week for going 114 mph on the highway and it’s almost like he is screaming "Please arrest me!!!! I want to go to jail for doing dumb s!@#!"
Well, it looks like America’s favorite but tragic pop tart princess Britney Spears is going to make another guest appearance on "How I Met Your Mother" on May 12th, and she has been granted visitation hours with her sons after the judge acknowledged that she has shown some improvement at getting her life back on track. This is all great because for a minute there I was worried about ole girl - personally, I think all this craziness may have just been a poor and desperate attempt to get Justin Timberlake back! Hey Brit!! Didn’t you know that playing the crazy card never works?!!!
Nick Bollea, son of wrestler Hulk Hogan will serve only 8-months in a Florida jail after his no contest plea to charges of felony reckless driving in a wreck that left his best friend in critical condition. He’ll also have to do 500-hours of community service. The judge stated that because Nick had no serious priors before this other than a few parking tickets that he will also not have a felony conviction on his driving record after he turns 18 later this summer. After the ruling, Nick turned to the family of the victim and said “I will never be able to say I am sorry enough”. Hummmmm... you know, we’d all like to THINK the scales of justice are balanced, but let's face it, they just aren’t….and that is all I have to say on this subject…
